The brain is the super computer of the human body. Human brains are extremely complex. They consist of millions of neurons and up to ten thousand synaptic connections. Think of your brain like a huge muscle that controls almost everything in your body. Keep in good condition is a priority in life. The brain controls all major body systems, making the most important part of life. Brain development is essential to become smarter and more able to control it. Carbohydrates contain the building blocks for serotonin. Pasta, potatoes, bread, cereal and starchy vegetables are all very good for increasing your serotonin levels.

A good way to keep your brain in shape is to use it. As simple as it sounds a lot of people do not do it properly. Instead of dreaming or thinking that the thought without sense, considering that energy and focus on something else. Do something that you like also helps with this process. The brain is one of the most complex organs of the body. It’s easy to keep the focus on whether you want to put the time in.
